Ghulam Mustafa is an HR and Tech professional with more than 15 years of experience in the fields of Digital Transformation, Leadership Development, Human Resources, and Organizational Development. He has done MBA from UK and Msc in Information Technology from Pakistan. He is also Hay Group Job Analysis and Job Evaluation Certified. He has participated in several domestic and international conferences as a guest speaker and spoken on HR and digital transformation-related topics. He has worked in FMCG, Engineering, Retail, and IT sector in senior-level positions. During his employment tenure, he has worked with domestic and multinational companies like Tesco Stores UK, Descon Engineering Pakistan & Kuwait, NetSol Technologies, and Coca Cola Ice Cek.
